Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by JPEGs Photography. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Service Agreement: Upon booking confirmation, a service agreement will be provided that outlines the details of the session or event, including the date, time, location, and any specific requirements or requests. Both parties involved must sign the service agreement to proceed with the photography services.

2. Copyright and Ownership: JPEGs Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images captured during the session or event. Clients are granted personal usage rights for non-commercial purposes. Clients are not allowed to sell, distribute, or use the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from JPEGs Photography.

3. Payment: Payment for photography services is due as specified in the service agreement. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of the session or event. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If the client needs to cancel or reschedule the session or event, they must provide advance notice to JPEGs Photography. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled booking, subject to availability. JPEGs Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be discussed with the client.

5. Client Cooperation: The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to ensure a smooth photography experience. This includes details about the event, preferred shots, and any special requests. The client must cooperate with the photographer and follow their instructions during the session or event to achieve the desired results.

6. Liability: While every effort is made to capture high-quality photographs, JPEGs Photography shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control that may result in substandard or unavailable photographs. This includes, but is not limited to, weather conditions, venue restrictions, equipment failure, or the actions of individuals or third parties.

7. Personal Data: JPEGs Photography respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
